If you haul your boat out for the winter, and you have a liferaft that is due for service between October and June, this program is for you! Only valid for seasonal customers. Why? This program helps us shorten our turnaround time during our busy spring season. By having your raft serviced with us in December, you will guarantee that your raft is ready when it's time to launch your boat in the spring AND you'll be helping us provide a faster turnaround time for our customers that operate year-round.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Get your raft to us when your boating season ends in October, November, or December. Drop off at one of our authorized locations in ME, NH, or MA, or request pickup HERE.
2. We will service your raft with a December inspection date. The next service will be due in December of the following year (or in three years for most recreational rafts).
3. A 5% Winter Service discount will be applied to your invoice, which must be paid within 10 days of receipt.
4. Your raft will be stored for free in our heated warehouse for the winter.
5. Your raft will be ready for pickup or delivery when you want it in the spring!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Q: I'm not a seasonal boater, but I need to get my raft serviced in December, do I still receive a discount? A: We currently only offer this program for seasonal customers. The purpose is to move people from our busy springtime season to our slower fall and winter schedule. However, we do offer other programs for full-time commercial customers. 

2. Q: My raft isn't due for service until June of next year, aren't I going to lose six months from my raft? A: Unless you are operating your boat year-round, you should think of your liferaft inspection as "good for a season." Whether you service your raft in December of this year or June of next year, you still need to have it serviced for next year's "season". If you service your raft in December under this program, it won't be due for service until December of the following year which will get you all the way through next season. 

3. Q: I'm not done with my raft until January, can I still store my raft with you for the winter? A: Absolutely! While we only offer the 5% discount for rafts serviced before December 31st, we do still offer free winter storage for rafts that we receive in January. 
4. Q: What happens if I don't pay my bill within 10 days? A: Overdue invoices under the Winter Service Program will forfeit all discounts and accrue storage fees.
