FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I'm not a seasonal boater, but I need to get my raft serviced in December, do I still receive a discount? A: We currently only offer this program for seasonal customers. The purpose is to move people from our busy springtime season to our slower fall and winter schedule. However, we do offer other programs for full-time commercial customers.
Q: My raft isn't due for service until June of next year, aren't I going to lose six months from my raft? A: Unless you are operating your boat year-round, you should think of your liferaft inspection as "good for a season." Whether you service your raft in December of this year or June of next year, you still need to have it serviced for next year's "season". If you service your raft in December under this program, it won't be due for service until December of the following year which will get you all the way through next season.
Q: I'm not done with my raft until January, can I still store my raft with you for the winter? A: Absolutely! While we only offer the 5% discount for rafts serviced before December 31st, we do still offer free winter storage for rafts that we receive in January.
